NEIGHBORING provides comprehensive and integrated services to individuals with co-existing mental health and substance abuse problems. We also work closely with other Lake County agencies to facilitate the coordination of services and to ensure the quality of care.

We serve Lake County residents, 18 years of age and older. The following services are offered to meet each person's individual needs:
