We Provide.
- Vocational Counseling: pre-employment assessment and job/career exploration
- Job Readiness Training (JRT): teaches work readiness and job search skills
- Job Clubs: provide support and education (1) Prior to job search, (2) During job search, and (3) Upon obtaining a job
- Job Placement Assistance: assisting work-ready individuals to seek and obtain paid employment
- Job Coaching: On-site support and instruction by a trained Job Coach to assist new employee in succeeding and/or understanding specific job duties, worksite policies, co-worker relationships, etc., during the initial phase of employment
- Follow-Along and Support: provides new employee with regular, monthly support to ensure job success
